How this agent works

Self-service generation of Plaud employment certificates and business-travel letters from the approved company templates — every output keeps the Plaud letterhead, UEN, registered address and Times New Roman formatting.

1. Pick a type & fill the fields. Mandatory fields are marked with * and are validated before anything is generated.
2. Preview & download. The filled certificate is rendered on the letterhead and downloads as a Word file.
3. Submit on Feishu Approval. Upload the file to the HR document approval workflow. HR issues the signed certificate after approval.
4. Exceptions. If nothing matches, flag a custom request. A draft is produced, the request is logged as Pending Ric review, and Ric Chen is notified — issuance is blocked until he approves.
5. Audit trail. Every request, document and status is recorded in the Request log.
